Families

When I photograph families, for me its all about you interacting together. I always get the "look and smile" shots but it's in between the other ones. I want you to let your guard down, try to feel as comfortable as you would be at home. I know you're dressed nice, but hug and snuggle your kids as if you are in sweats and cuddling on the couch. Hold eachother, touch eachother, hold hands, kiss cheeks and heads, snuggle with your eyes closed, breathe in their sweet baby smell and crack up at your little ones running around crazy, and definitely hold onto your spouse like you did when you were first together before life got harder...Those are the moments I want to capture. We'll get your christmas card photo, I promise, but the little moments are the ones that will always take you back to this time with them.
